With a background in Agricultural Science and previous experience with horses, Lottie has a love of working with animals and is always aiming to further her knowledge of animal management and welfare.

Lottie enjoys working out what makes each dog tick, and helping clients to make a strong connection with their dogs that will last a lifetime.

Fun Fact: "I previously worked as an Artisan Cheesemaker, making goats' cheese."

Jen worked for over 30 years in the Pharmaceutical industry, enjoying being part of medicine and device development, providing new therapies to help people.

Having a busy career highlighted to Jen the benefits of dog ownership: "my dogs boost my mental health and fitness, and their companionship brings me joy every day." She wants to help other people to find this same bond and enjoyment with their own dogs.

Fun Fact: "I love agility, but have also competed in rowing, basketball & tetrathlons."

Harley is retired from agility, where he achieved Champ grade in Steeplechase. He has also tried his paw at Scent Work, Trick Training, Pet Gun Dog Training, Lure Coursing, Hoopers and Barn Hunt. He is also a dab hand at Hide-and-Seek, a big hit with children!

Fun Fact: Harley loves riding on canal boats, to the point where he has invited himself on to boats moored along the river!

Jack currently competes at agility, and really loves it. He barks on the start line in competitions - when he does that we know he'll run a very fast round! In his spare time, Jack enjoys taking up the entire sofa, somehow stretching himself to fill a three-seater.
